hey everybody im pretty new to all this. i just got a w595 about 2 hours ago off ebay and its a vodaphone version. but im with telstra and i want to getrid off all the vodaphone bits like the right hand side shortcut button. can some1 give me a hand to do this.

do i need any phone files from the downloads?

also then i plug in usb and press 'c' it does nothing

also my phone came with like 7 free demo games that i dont want but there locked how do i delete them?

What cda number do i use for english debranded in australia???

i have vista 64 bit and even with Anti Viris disabled i still cant run a2 uploader is there anyother program i can use?

No, you need only this customize_upgrade.rar.(unpacked)
Did you installed USB flash driver(ggsetup) ?
You'll get rid of those demo after debranding.
