Which option should I select when I come to following:-

a) direct lock (with or without showing the codes)

b) direct unlock (with or without showing the codes)
fill in the MCC/MNC code, in format cccnn or cccnnn (where ‘c’ is a MCC digit, ‘n’ is a MNC digit)
c) none of these, just show codes

I don't have the valid sim card to unlock the phone. Also, what is MCC/MNC and how do I get it? Thanks!

a) direct lock (with or without showing the codes) u need and it doesnt matter about the sim card u dont need it
