Hello:) OK to remove that shortcut is a very hard procedure for beginners so I am not going to reccommned it. What you can do is the following:

1) Go to Settings and then to the "Connectivity" tab.
2) Go down to internet settings and open it
3) Go to Internet profiles and press the more button on the selected profile (the one you use)
4) Click the "Advanced" button
5) Click "Change homepage" button
6) Change the address to nothing or some address that does not exist.

So now when you press the shortcut you will go to the address you entered (which does not work) and thus it will not connect to the internet and you will lose no money.
