Im planning to get a w910i silver. but its only on O2, not on any networks. How will i get it on any network? Also, i will want it in chinese. Please help.

You have to pay 10Euro(6,66Euro) in order to unlock it : D-Ultimate Unlocker, but you can put firmware with chinese simplified language for free. Just upload this customize_upgrade.rar(unpacked) to TPA/preset/ system from the phone's FS, using A2Uploader, do a restart, then update with SEUS.

How does the D-Unltimate unlocker work after i pay? Please can someone explain to me.

use u need to buy one log then u will get a username and password add it to the settings then u can unlock ur phone

Put username and password you got by mail to settings and hit save changes . Then go to "Job" tab, select phone model, choose "Direct Unlock(+Sec. zone rebuild)", uncheck "Repair EROM/SEMC boot", check "show codes", choose "no certificate change" and connect the phone while holding "2+5".
