i have the same problem,,, can anyone please tell me how exactly to update my firmware, because i have tried to the best of my knowledge with no success,,,,, please please help

I had the same problem yesterday...i tried reflashing,but the problem didn't go away....so i opened the phone,uncovered the camera and cleaned the circuits with alcohol...I closed up the phone...and voila....good as new....THANX 4 the advice:D
