cant find it in the guide , i am blind?

hi guys i my phone died so i was going to flash it.
i followed this guid:
XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing, Customizing, Recovering - Top Sony Forums
im not at the flashing part but i have to choose
Flash main firmware ...
Flash File System ...
but what i have to choose? i havent any firmware in the downloads? what i need to choose thare?

PS : I have a sony ericsson W850I
