K800i.confused about patches.

Can you unlock a k800i via patches?Ive heard so and it sounds so simple.
if so can someone please tell me how?

P.S. I get lost finding programs,so sending me the patch would be really helpful and most appreciated.

If your phone have EROM CID52, you should follow this tutorial:
Remove SIM-lock patch generator - Top Sony Forums, section B. How to apply the generated patches to DB2020 CID52 phones.
If you have CID53 you must use FAR+JDFlasher and this video tutorial:
ANYCID patching - Top Sony Forums
