Please help with w580i???

My w580i had a low battery the other day so i turned it off. Know when i try to turn it on it flashhes a red light by the C button. I've search the internet for two days and most say its a erom problem? Can i fix it? Anyone willing to help?

read though this when u have learnt how to use it (easy ) post the log up with out imei and we will go from there and i dont think its the erom

Ok i hooked up the phone and used identify in sctool and it say
ChipID:9900,EMP protocol:0301

Now what to do?

I jumped ahead and tried the unlock repair and it sayed
CSloader refused to start GDFS services, error is: 29
failed, that is fatal

err 29 is one off 3 things flat battry (most likey) 2 damged gdfs dont try wrighting any other to it u will kill it ,flash ic has blown not gd so 1st off all try a full battry in it :) and that phone wont charge the battry iin that state
