ok im so freakin frustrated with my S500i its not even funny.
im just going to pay for it to be unlocked...get it over with

But im located in the states, and got my cell online.
Will the ultimate locker still be able to unlock my phone?

(i payed someone at a different site and they said they couldnt do it...wtf...)

BTW:
do i have to pay more $ to unlock & down grade from a Cid 53 to a Cid 52?
and wats the advantage of doing so?

you got it right, use the ultimate unlocker to downgrade your CID, you can also unlock permanently

yep, anywhere as long as you use the available provider in which you are staying.
