Newbie to flashing pls help for W810i

hello I am karan and i m worried about my w810i as it has the white screen problem and then it had some red pixel like may dots on the screen so pls guys help me solving:)

And i want to flash my phone how do i do it as i am co pletely new to it and hat files do i need for doing it and where can i download them from plss guys help:confused:

hi karan and wellcome u will be easyer to use the sony ericsson update service 1st it is very easy to use to fix ur w810i u can download it from here
