Right, I've had my K850 for a good long while now. I went back to Sony Ericsson from Nokia, as the Nokia was poor and had a few problems. I used to have a K750i, and to be honest it was the best phone I've ever had (and still is). Ticked all the boxes: Easy to use, perfect size, and indestructible (till the mother put it in the washing machine :( ) So I thought the K850 would be a great choice of phone. It was running smoothly until just over a month ago. The screen would suddenly go black, a slight vibration with it, before turning itself off . It did this a few times, however this didn't bother me as much, it didn't seem a major problem. Then about two weeks ago, while playing a game on the phone, I pressed the 5 key and it acted as the back button for some reason or other. Baffed, I decided the best thing to do would be to turn it off, and leave it off for a while. Turned it back on, and oh look, it's still doing the same. This made texting hard. Then a couple of days later, this "back button disease" as I call it, spread to the right and up buttons. This made just going through the menu hard. Now, a couple of days ago, its spread violently all over the phone and now, the only buttons still working normally are 1, 0, hash and star. This makes doing anything on the phone almost impossible. I am now the end of my tether.

Any help/suggestions on what the hell is happening, and more importantly, what I should go about doing, would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.
