u may have a cid 53 now which means u will have to use jd flasher
have a read though this and download se tool lite v1.11 u may have to disable ur anti virus or it wont work then use it to read ur phone and post the log up with out imei

All sorted! I flashed the firmware with XE++. Took a few attempts to get it right because I had a mis-match on the custom pack but got there in the end! Thanks for your help
