K800i firmware.

Hi, I'm new to this and have a problem I hope someone can help with. I have a K800i which has crashed and I want to re-install the firmware. This has happened before; the options at the bottom of the screen are now at the top. Last time I updated the firmware but now SE service says "No Update Available". I have tried Wotan but heard nothing although I have purchased a credit..... I understand this is the normal way for them. Can somebody help please?

who long ago did u use seus to update ur phone

u may have a cid 53 now which means u will have to use jd flasher
have a read though this and download se tool lite v1.11 u may have to disable ur anti virus or it wont work then use it to read ur phone and post the log up with out imei

All sorted! I flashed the firmware with XE++. Took a few attempts to get it right because I had a mis-match on the custom pack but got there in the end! Thanks for your help

hi i am also new to this forum
and i ve a k850i , i updated it before 15 days and after that i had modded it with some files using a2uploader during that time i had putted some files (layout files ) to some wrong directory as a result of that my phone is now not showing any fonts and tha screen is also disturbed from its original position ??

now i want to restore it so plz help me , what do i do to recorrect it

MAIN : K800_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_WI_RED52
FS : K800_R8BA024_FS_S_ASIA_LEVAN_RED52
custpack : HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_110_R8A_GENERIC_S_ASIA_LEVAN

For CID53
use the above mentioned files but should be RED_53 and the custpack remain the same.

It costs €7 because you can use the update to also debrand your handset. Alot of networks disable the SE updater so even if there's an update available you'll not be able to use it. After using a service like Wotan, the SE updater becomes available to use. I had a vodafone branded W810i but have since availed of an update on Wotanserver, & then SE Updater
