k850i rear speaker broke

Hey guys, i changed the acoustics on my k850i to a louder one ... it worked fine for a couple weeks but then the rear speaker sort of ripped. It would switch itself off at certain volumes and sometimes i had no sound at all unless i pressed hard at the back, oh and the sound was really distorted. So i thought it must be the rear speaker blown and went on ebay and bought the replacement speaker (this one). Just fitted it today and the sounds not as distorted + its working all the time (i dont have to press the back down) however its not very loud, infact its extremely quiet. Ive tried re-flashing the phone with se updater and ive also tried replacing the acoustics with the originals but its just the same ... is it possible some other component inside the phone got damaged ?

did u make sure the srews were put back proply have a gd read though this to check it is the same as urs

Sorry for the late reply my laptop had a meltdown, not having much luck lately lol ... ive had a look at the instructions you attached and double checked everything. All screws are in the correct places etc. I did try the old speaker back in the phone while i had it apart again and although the sound is distorted it is much louder than the replacement speaker i purchased so im thinking ive just bought a naff speaker, i guess thats what i get from buying from hong kong. Im thinking of trying a louder accoustics with this naff speaker but if that doesnt work where can i get a genuine replacement speaker ?
