K850 Screen Goes Black And Then Vibrates And Restarts???

I have a K850 and evrything works fine, camera perfect but very frequently the screen sort of fades to black and then it vibrates and then it restarts:(. This is very annoying as it happens alot. I have flashed it with a2uploader and completes perfectly but problem still remains. Is this a case of BROD or is it something else??? And how do I fix it? I would love to have it fixed because phone is brand new and has screen protector on it

sounds more like a hard were fault does it do it more when the battry is low

No, it doesnt do it more when the battery is low. But it is always happening

1 off al; would try a new battry in it then after that if it doesnt solve it is a hardwere fault k850 are well knowed for cracks in the solder joints of key pad and lcds

I have tried a new battery but no luck. If this is a sympton of BROD will Davinci or SEUS fix it?
If it is hardware will I need a new lcd and keypad?
Or if someone has had this problem before and has fixed it could you tell me what you did

Try SEUS. My exK770i used to restart all the time when I flashed it myself with FAR...

My k850i does exactly the same thing, mine is 3 years now and its modded with all stuffs and I thought it was that as made it but I see now that even new does it, so its a hardware issue right? And no, I charged my mobile and after about 80% started to mess like this...

EDIT: I've re-installed the software plenty of times with SEUS and it remains.

Try also this:
1) Start up Aerix, and press unlock
2) Remove battery, reinsert, and plug in USB cable, using 2+5
3) Wait
4) AS SOON AS IT SAYS "RESTARTING PHONE" HIT ABORT
5) You should get numerous error messages in the log
6) Open up D-Ultimate Unlocker
7) Choose your phone model, "no lock change", "no certificate change" and make sure only "REPAIR EROM/SEMCBOOT" is checked
8) Plug USB cable in, while holding 2+5.

Recently my k850i got the BROD!!

i've searched around and came up with some solutions, but nothing worked!!

Somebody any idea what else i can do?

I've tried flashing with setool3, a2 uploader and i've also tried to update it.
But nothing works..and i read also that you can use Davinci or D-client.

But what is the diffrence from their main+fs ?
