Knackered my sons K770

I purchased a credit with D-unlocker for my sons K770 now it will not start up or connect back to D-unlocker so at the moment it is totally dead.Here is the log file.It will sit like this for ever if i let it.
How is it possible to correct this so he can have his phone back again.
