input vs display languages

so, after going through this forum, i managed to flash my phone w/ the ANZ pack. yes, now i can read chinese on it. but i Can't type in chinese. I like this L-pack, so is there a way to just add chinese input w/o changing the pack?

You have to put zs.t9 in the language folder (tpa\preset\system\language).
