K800: 2 and 5 keys do not work

2 and 5 keys stopped working on my phone. The first thing I though of was to change the keypad. Even though I bought a brand new keypad and replaced it these keys are still not working. Is it a problem with the firmware or something like that? Would it help if I flashed it?

Any ideas anyone?

since i haven't found the firmware anywhere else i'll start the process when i'll get access to the download area and i'll keep you posted! thank you for your help:)
