How to unlock an Orange K800i Phone?

Need some help here. I have attempted to download some software, which I paid for to unlock this phone. Unfortuntaley I did'nt work.

Can anyone advise or guide me through the process of unlocking this phone.

If you require any other info please ask.

not sure if there is a free way for cid 53 phones would be safe and easyer to use this and as well as unlocking it u can change ur cid back to 52

cid 53 phones cannot be unlocked using xs or setool - well, not just yet! there was a time when xs and setool were going to be updated to include cid 53 but as yet it's not been done,
