flash menu problem

hi..to all.,im newbie.,can you teach me how to flash my "w705 (cid: 53) red" because i have one *.swf with *.Thm files.,so i drag it to my phone using a2uploader..when i turn on my phone then go to menu.,all the application like messaging, organizer, etc., they all do not work.,plz help me how to work it.,thanks in advance .BTW I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION OF LANDA..SRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH.
