W810i needs medical help!

My w810i just stopped working one day, and has the white screen everytime I turn it on, I tried to read the flash, and that doesn't seem to work here's what I am getting with setool2lt

u dont have a rest file to do that u need to reflash the main only 1st find a R4EA031_CXC 1250317_CHINA_HN" main and flash that to it then let us know how it goes

You are using wrong MAIN file - your phone is CID49 and you are trying to flash with CID50 - find wright MAIN and than try again

i think you should try to reflash it by xs++, use 3.1 version

u need to download the main, fs and custpack in order to finish the flash
otherwise u'll get configuration error
