use a2 uploader to to upload the languages file [en - ar - az - fa - kk - ru - tr - uk], upload
it to tpa\preset\system\language at your phone FS,there is 2 type each languages file
(.t9 and .lng) u must upload it both...

this is NOT enough
you have to edit Customize.xml, and rename it to Customize_upgrade.xml, as well as allowed_language.txt

you have to look at the language description first
then you need to get 3150read.exe, as well as the FS fw (.fbn)
this is the way you can get language files

btw, why there's no .t9 for zh, zt, zs?!
