You have to flash the phone with the firmware with the language that you want. Read here.

can anyone tell me, the firmware that contain SERBIAN language for T650i. sorry if this no have correlation :) i need "FS"( File System), "MAIN", and "CUSTOM".

dude, you have to use far+jdflasher to do that

MAIN - T650_R8BC004_MAIN_GENERIC_SN_RED53
FS - T650_R8BC004_FS_S_E_EUROPE_RED53
CUSTPACK - HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_3_R9A_GENERIC_S_E_EUROPE
