what was the phone on b4 ie orange /voda it could be a bandlock proplem

The original operator was Elisa (Finnish operator)

GSM finds my present operator (Sonera) network.
On top left corner of the screen next to the network signal strength meter there is a phone handset icon with a red stripe across it.
Cannot make or receive calls
