remove scroll bars from c702

ive tried to remove the scroll bars from my c702 but for some reason it wont work, i have successfully, flashed with new firmware, added custpack, removed operator logo, changed font and added flash menus to my c702 using a2 uploader, but i just cant remove scroll bars, oh i also changed the start up and shut down images too

any help or if some one out there has already dun this please post what i need to change

ive tried changing sum numbers to -10 but it didnt work
