w760 help

Hi, I'm completely new at this and i do not understand basically any of the flashing and customizing and all that stuff and I really hope i didnt post in the wront place and if i did i'm very sorry, but well I just bought a w760a from att and well its running choppy and the way it looked on some of the websites like the sony ericson site made it look alot more appealing than what i got, I was wondering if i got maybe get the base firmware on it or something like that and if anybody could help me maybe show me a guide how to do it and all that stuff i would be extremely greatfull. thank you, and i'll await your reply's

ok well i did a bunch of research and i know that i need to get a main and an fs file, the only issue is that there are alot and i dont know which one to use, i was looking for a generic usa firmware if theres sometin like that, next i'll need to use the A2UPLOADER program to flash my phone, i also believe i need some kind of drivers. If anybody could help i'd deeply appreciate it
