Problem With K850i help pls

hi guys

I have K850i

but when I tried to turn on
just key pad and camera lights are on but not the phone

I think it is the same for k800i red light turning on when tried to start isn't ??

CAN any one help fixing this problem??

yes u have the brod (no need to trip post though buddie download sony ericsson update serivice this will fix it need to hold on the 2 and 5 button to con it but u will lose all text pics phone nos that are on ur phone
