When taking apart the housing of a K750/W800 "Unexperienced" Modders accidently break/damage the camera ribbon cable in various ways for E.g tearing, scratching, breaking of the cable connecter pins etc.
I myself had this problem until i took the time to take apart my phone here i found out it was SO SIMPLE after the phone has been stripped down to the phones circuit board (This is where you can see the camera's inners etc.) all you do is CAREFULLY unplug the camera ribbon that is delicately attached to the back of the camera...done jus connect the new cable in the same place :)
