help aftermaster reset

My K810 was having problems was kinda slow and was freezing some times so i decided 2 do a master reset... i dont know much about phone softwares just use them. when i did the master reset the phone after it restarted just says please wait and stays there doing nothing what do i have 2 do.

Try flashing your phone, if your cid lower than cid53 dont use SEUS. Except a200 phone....

if reflashing does work please wait problems are normaly from a damged gdfs let us know 1st how u go with flashing

sorry but hheeh im kinda dumb with this stuff i spend like 4 hours trying 2 figure it out but i cant


2. Flash your phone using SETool 2 Lite
