[SOLVED] Broke my phone somehow? W810i

Hi, I am new here.

I have a w810i. I am brand new to this, so I spent a lot of time reading. I knew that I had to backup my gdfs. I downloaded xs++, started the program, took battery out and put back in, then plugged in holding the "c" key. The program recognized my phone. My intention was to backup my GDFS, but it seems that the program cannot recognize my GDFS. I never tried to flash anything, never tried to patch anything, so I don't know how I bricked my phone.

This is my first and only phone operation (the phone was unlocked and working before, that is how I bought it and it has worked for years).

For future reference, I fixed this problem by flashing with main.
