To increase the volume of the c902, get any db3150 acoustic of your choice and upload them with A2 Uploader, dont try to use your K800 acoustics since they will not work!! I see no problem debranding your phone, if your phone requires servicing for hardware failure (broken housing, bad speaker, ect) flash it again using vodafone firmware and the warranty is back.
