Will layouts created by this program work for any SE phone? like say a W350?

Also is there a way to preview the font changes?

And my phone's resolution is 176x220 but when i change the preview resolution the items don't shrink, the whole preview is just cut off. Is this normal, am I supposed to resize everything?
