W850i Problem

Hello there i have a problem with my SE, The problem is i can't turn it on at all, The only thing that flashes is the red light that is on the turn on button, I tryed to take memory card and battery out and nothing works, So guys If any suggestions please post. I am Completley newbie at this stuff so dont blame me

if u are new then its best to look in the flash with xs or se tool guide when uv got the hang off it post a log up so we can see with out ur imei no please

yea probably erom problem, but listen to philzfog... he's really good at this. did you install the USB drivers by the way?
