hello my wife has a Sony Ericsson Z610i, after pressing the play button today she has not been able to hear anybody that phones her OR she phones but is able to hear people on Loudspeaker any ideas would be appreciated thanks , :)

Try to reset the phone to factory default settings. If this dosent help, falsh again the phone with SEUS.
