hello my wife has a Sony Ericsson Z610i, after pressing the play button today she has not been able to hear anybody that phones her OR she phones but is able to hear people on Loudspeaker any ideas would be appreciated thanks , :)

Try to reset the phone to factory default settings. If this dosent help, falsh again the phone with SEUS.

Thanks m8 was crapping myself thinking that it was my fault when i was flashing her phone earlier, i knew shed blame me so i pretended it was her lol again thanks.

This is hardware problem- maybe flat cable was damaged
