Angry problem with my k800i menu 'file is corrupted

i turned my phone on and all my inbox was deleted, half the settings is gone(i.e blue tooth), when i click the menu button it says 'errors occur in the menu.ml file'. And finally when i try to set the phone theme 'nightshot' it says 'file corrupt cannot be used'.

Please can some one help he fix this problem.

p.s i have no knowledge on how phones work (i.e flash drive thingy)

You have problem with FS(file system) and for start read this XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing, Customizing, Recovering - Top Sony Forums and connect phone with XS++ and post here log without IMEI number

Your FS was messed up and you can repair all that if you flash your phone- this is reason why need log from XS++ - so we can tell you what firmware you need for your phone and just follow tutorial that I give you and post log

Thanks for the advice, I followed the instructions, unfortunately my camera phone still doesn't take pictures:(, and it still says 'error or corrupt menu files':(, however my settings are okay...i.e i got my blue tooth back and background. But I still have some unsolved problems.

    Thanks!!

Make a full flash ( main , filesystem and custom file ) and it should all work.

    Have a nice day
