i got a question...
you said:"from anycid package extract contents of db2012.zip and w200/{firmware}.zip. Upload these three to your phone to \tpa\preset\custom\ folder (enter to ofs\tpa\preset\custom\ folder)."

ok, i got the 2 files from db2012 /my is 2010, but ok, i will thrust you it will work :)/
but what is this file w200/{firmware}.zip -> didnt get this part...
