Some progress here:
1. I successfully flash it with original sony update software.
2. phone o.k.
3. now: k610i, cid53, R1GB001.
4. how to open executor.jar without original locked network simcard
5. Is there anycid for my phone?
6. What to choose: R1KG001_CXC1250374_GENERIC_TH.zip or R8BE001_CXC1250374_GENERIC_TH.zip

After digging out an old but good K800i (red53) I just couldn't get it unlocked. I followed this and a few other similar threads until I realised I was failing due to habit.
I always used to and did exit Far with the obvious exit button. But in the end I tried backing out with the "", as mentioned in a few places. and lo and behold the executor didn't disappear (as it had been) but appeared in games as it was supposed to.
Plain sailing from there.
