i have W580i, when i run executor from GAMES i get operation failed? what did i do wrong?

I got this error message "Operation Failed" too.

The file is R1KG001_CXC1250374_GENERIC_TH.zip,
but my firmware is R1KG001_CXC1250542, it this OK ? :(
