It is normal. You need to apply the quick access patch first and then the unlock patch.i have made full flash with far+Jd but seem that its still in network locked

Where can I get simlock-unlocking patch for K650i [R8BC004, CID53]. Is there any way to generate it or anuthing else?

Of corse - you can do that with this version of SIMLock Remove SIM-lock patch generator - Page 118 - Top Sony Forums and you need MAIN for your phone
