There aren't executor.b for K810_R8BA024_red53 - only for R1KG001 or R8BF003

Flash the Firmware R1KG001 or R8BF003. You don't need a rest file. Copy the tree files to tpa/preset/custom. Run executor , and now you flash in bflash the K810_r8ba024_RED53 Main. After this you install the qa patch for R8BA024 and now you can apply R8BA024 Patches ;)

This is no Problem.

If you want. Falsh after this process with the qa patch your phone. But only the FS from the r8ba024 and the customfiles.

So it is install the Main and the FS from the r8ba024 ;)

You now have R8BA024 firmware in phone?Than you need 2 MAIN's like @rapidfan told you 1.R8BF003 to run executor and R8BA024 instead rest file So just follow tutorial and first flash R8BF003 and upload executor(all 3 files) and after that instead rest file copy your 2 MAIN R8BA024
