for those who are having problems regarding your phones cannot be detected when plugging into your USB, try turning off your phones, take out your battery then press the power button for at least 5 secs, put the battery back then try to go back to the process of flashing.

i was able to flash my K850i (Vodafone) to K850_R1FA037 today.
