Maybe you should use a2uploader to write customize_update.xml to change CDA to HK， then use SEUS to flash. There are many posts on this. You should have both traditional and simplified chinese after debrand.

EDIT: you can use CDA generator software, or look it up in the download section on this site, for a HK CDA for your phone (avoid 3G, Hutch, or other branded).
