A2-DB3150 Flashing

Flashed my C702 with:
C702_R3DA029_FS_NORDIC_RED52
C702_R3DA029_MAIN_GENERIC_NG_RED52

And used custpack:
C702_1208-6116_R3A_3_Sweden

Phone starts fine and all, but says "configuration error, contact operator or service center"

I suppose this is because my custpack is for operator "3" and Im on a Tele2 sim?
I cannot seem to find a custpack from tele2, would it help to unlock my phone or is is some other problem?

Ok so I've read some more and it seems as if Im using the wrong custpack? Could anybody please point me in the right direction? :)

I downloaded the A2uploader and Gordon's Gate setup. When I plug the phone into the computer, nothing happens, the A2uploader just sits idly. What am I doing wrong? I'm very new to this.

I already debranded my phone with DavinciTeam. All I'm trying to do is get back the conversation view for text messages and the phone to play youtube videos. BTW I have a sony ericsson C905a

Now I finally been reading all posts to look for my problem, but without luck so now I am posting my problem:
I live in Sweden, have a Black C510 operator is 3, that got "brain dead". Lost all pics, sms, contacts, did'nt recogize USIM card, lost all power in the battery and when trying to load it the phone told me to put in an origin SE batterypack (wich I of course had), so was directed to this forum and thread from Flashback and have now tried to make the brain surgery. After a number of attempts I really need sum help. Getting this log on my a2:

can't get NET header

So obviously a2 can't get NET header, wotever that is. How do I help it to get the header?
Also have some n00b questions, in the directory in 1 post it says:

6. After flashing shutdown phone, remove batery and insert it back.
7. In A2UPLOADER press FileSystem Tool. Copy custom files in to /tpa/preset/custom in your phone

My questions on this is:
1. At what point do I unplug the USB cable? Before turning off phone or after? If the phone is not visually "on" can I just unplug the cable then?
2. Do I reconnect my phone before doin step 2? And do I press any buttons (or does the probram tell me when to do those things?) Do I open any file or so on the phone or were do I put the customfile?

Maybe the last questions will be obvious when I get that far, but just want to be prepared:)

Hope for a pretty quick answer since I kinda is in middle of this and don't know if I can turn of my pc or unplug the phone without ruining everything thats been done so far.

try with a fully charged battery. after flashing MAIN and FS files, just unplug the phone, reinsert battery (but don;t switch ON yet) click on the FileSystem tool, now press c (or whatever you used before) or you can click the "..." on the Misc files and select the custom pack and then click on FLASH.

One of my problems have been that it does not work with the loading thing (dont recognize battery pack) but then I managed to figure out that my mates C905 have the same battery, so I am loading it in hes phone now. Getting back on the results when loading is finished:)

First of all have to say as I forgot before, thanks for the really fast answer there
And second WoW wot a little power can do;) Managed to flash everything in a flash and unpluged it and did the battery thing and then clicked the FileSystemTool-button and a log was written to the left and then sum files showed up in the window were i put my FS and Main files before and below that with very squiky text it said Shutdown FS manager. Wot do I do now? Don't want to ruin it now when finally got this thing goin:)

Yaye Managed to fix it all by myself:)
My phone is: C510 Black operator 3 ans Swedish

So this is how I did and what files I used:
Main C510_R1FA035_MAIN_GENERIC_KT_RED53.mbn
FS C510_R1FA035_FS_NORDIC_RED53.fbn
Custpack C510_1220-9636_R9A_3_Sweden

Flashing Main and FS was not really any problem, once I got some power in the battery
It was the custom files that gave me some headache. I got the turtorial on 1:st post in the thread all the way to clicking the FileSystemTool button, but then I got confused. Until I kinda started to look outside the box. This copy file from... to...??

To the right pannel double click on "TPA", then double click on "preset", then double click on "custom". Select all the files from the unpacked CDA and "drag and drop" them to "custom" folder.

So I did as said above but then what??
I then realized that I had to go to the place where I unpacked the CustomFiles on my computer (in my case on my C disk, under program and in my Sony Ericson folder) and then double click on the folder until got to folder named "Custom" and copy all files who was in that folder and paste them into the A2 program in the right panel as said above.

Now my daughter finally have her mobile back from surgery, with transplanted brain. Great:)
Want to thank all who posted in this thread, cuz I have read them all in my hunt for answers and even got back on sum to check certain things. This is so nice and my daughter got so happy when I told her that her long lost mobile finally showed some kind of life form again.

Ok just did and identify with A2 this was the result what do i need to de brand my W995 phone now?

It's an orange branded phone,i downloaded the A2 rar and installed the gordans gate
on my pc is that all i have to do or do i need to do something with gordans gate and the phone?

Thanks for any help i am a total noob to debranding these phones, give me a windows mobile to flash and i ok,decided to go for a different route wit my upgrade and a bit scared as the phone has only been in my possesion for just over a week and i hate orange braded firmware.

Also how do i back up my original frimware etc just in case i need to send the phone back for repair? do i just extract the files i am going to replace before i flash?

Or is there a database of stock firmwares here already or any plans to build a library of them?
