HI,

I'm totally new, i've bought new sonyericsson w910i (vodafone). its software is crashed and its totally dead now. can anyone tell me how to install software in it again.


i want to know what kind of software should i download ? from where and how to use,
i want to know step by step

ou need to get three files from download section:[/LIST]

• A "MAIN" File
• A "FS" file
• A custom pack file

You can use something like W910_R1FA035_MAIN_GENERIC_SH_RED52 for the MAIN file and choose the most relavant FS file for you from the download section here:

So if you're in western europe, you may wish to use W910_R1FA035_FS_WESTERN-EUROPE_RED52

Then all you need is the custom files: this is essentially a bunch of configuration files which you can get from: Top Sony Forums

Then simply follow the instructions right at the start of the thread. You can download the latest version of A2 Uploader from: 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download A2 Uploader V3.zip. The archive contains A2 Uploader.exe and ggsetup-2.2.0.1.exe. You'll need to install ggsetup-2.2.0.1.exe before running A2 Uploader.

I've purchased an W595,great phone. But now I have a problem, I read on the box and documentation, that there is coming TRACK-ID with it,but I can use this only via my Radio-stations,so when I'm listening to a radio station I can use it, but not when I want to recording a song,So in the Entertainment menu,there should be a TrackID-option,but nothing's there?

In the documentation it says it should work,via the menu,not the radio,and on the internet I saw a movie from the same type,so it certainly works!

I've tried to flash it with new Main,FS and Custom files,but it stays the same?

I think it is the MAIN file,the menu is not correct,there is no Track-ID option in the Entertainment-Menu? And before the Entertainment-Menu was in the Left Corner at the bottom,now the Entertainment-Menu is standing in the Upper Right Corner?!

Or is it the Custom File(Vodafone Live)?

Wich Files should I use,wich are the newest,the best for my region (Belgium/Proximus)

Have you tried using SEUS to update your phone (use a2uploader to change CDA first)? This greatly reduces issues with mismatched MAIN/FS/custom files which can lead to issues similar to that.

This is very simple tutorial on how to flash (debrand) yours A2 (DB3150) phone with new A2UPLOADER.

So,let's start.

1. Download a2uploader.rar from here A2UPLOADER-download(also contain Gordon's Gate Setup) and unpack
2. Run Gordon's Gate Setup and install flash drivers (if you already didn't install)
3. Download MAIN, FS and custom files for your phone (all needed files you will
find here in download section - firmware(MAIN and FS) or custom files (CUSTPACK)
4. Run A2UPLOADER.
5. In ADD files put MAIN and FS for your phone and than press Flash.



6. After flashing shutdown phone, remove batery and insert it back.
7. In A2UPLOADER press FileSystem Tool. Copy custom files in to /tpa/preset/custom in your phone


End this is it.Enjoy

Hi, finally i have managed to upgrade my firmware. but i have got a problem. my phone doesn't work with SEUS. it says there is no update service available....something like that. and one more thing...i have upgraded from R1FA036 to 37. and i have found there r lots of nice theme like Eclipse (Curb menu), hidden peak r missing. where can i get those theme from. in this website i have found some back but didn't find Eclipse one. plz help me to work my phn with SEUS.....
