The phone always hang and white screen, can't power off from switch
I've try flashing with Cruiser and SEUS but no luck, even Repair Erom...
need sugestion what next to do

Can CID49 k610 be flashed with latest CID51 firmware ? Will CID change ?

Yes, it can, CID after flash = 51
But remember You cann`t customize/finalize 51 firmware for free ;)
