C702 to Walkman

Hi. I have a C702i (swe) that i want to flash to a Walkman. If this is possible what Wxxx series should i flash it to?

If this not is possible i would just like to know whats the latest firmware and what "FS" and "MAIN" i should use to upgrade it.

The phone just keeps shutting down and restarts like 4 times in just a few hours.. So i figure if this dont help i might as well buy myself a new one.

So what the heck. Lets give it a try..

1: C702 --> to Wxxx (whatevers possible)
2: C702 --> to NEW firmware C702
3: Give me example of a object that would smash my phone pretty good. :)

Try to update your phone with SEUS. Then you will have the latest firmware.

So far there is no walkman model equal to C702. Updating with Sony Ericsson Update Service will get you the latest firmware.

Hi i am also a swede and i have also c702:D. I am looking for the same thing as u are but i couldn't find anything. Are there any new patches for c702? i want one. It is also good to upgrade your phone to a new firware like i did but i updated it in the update manager of my phone and it fixed many bugs but there are still many. I wished c702 could have a stabilizator patch :D. But will i lose my warranty if i flash it to a new firmware?. :o

If you wanted a phone for music, then you guys should buy a walkman phone and not a cybershot one. You can't transform C702 to walkman, this is for sure.

Well there is no use to cross-flash c702 to a walkman phone cause it got all the high qualtiy music that a walkman phone got without shake:(

that is true, you can't change c702 to walkman, but you can patch it
