Z310a firmware check please!

Hello guys! I want to flash my z310a's to Chinese. I've found the firmware for it but not sure if it fits my phone. Please check for me! By the way, i'm using XS++V31. Many thanks!!!

If so, what else do i need?
If not, what firmware name should i look for?
