The guy from GSM service where you unlocked the phone should told you about "executor". Now, you have two choices:
1. Flash ONLY MAIN, connecting with "2" + "5"(then delete "executor"), but your phone will be locked back. You can, though unlock it with D-Ultimate Unlocker, for 10 euro.
2.Go back to the service, because you need a professional tool.
