Dead camera

i got a problem with my k770i. I bet there were a similar post to mine but plz don't yell at me if it's true :(. Ok so when i wanna start a camera I can see something like: Cyber-shot text, under it picture of camera and text Help: press 0. Everyone knows it looks like loading of camera. After about 5 sec. i can see: another application is running. Close it, then start the camera. Well when i saw it I said "what the f*ck is going on?!". At first i restarted the phone - no results. Then i took battery and put it again - and still didn't work. I tried running phone with other sim or without memory card and ofc camera was still dead. I sent mail to SE support and they told me to send phone to the shop. I didn't want to do it coz it takes long time and I just can't live without my phone :<. I decided to upgrade soft using application downloaded from SE site but it didn't help. Ofc i did master reset but i dont need to tell what results are... I've heard something about flashing phone ( i dont realy know what it is -,- ) but if im right, you'll lose your warranity when you 'flash' phone. I didn't try it coz i think i'll have to send my phone to the shop and without warranity they'll want me to pay for repair.

Flash your phone with the same firmware and operator and you will not lose your warranty, because they can`t know it.

Connect your phone to xs++ and copy here your phones log without IMEI number and we will see.

I decided to upgrade soft using application downloaded from SE site but it didn't help.

Btw. Sorry for my poor english :((

1. You can do something with warranty... go and give them to fix it.
2. Do not use SEUS (quote), reason CID53.
3. First try to reflash, like jasmin says.
P.S. And i don't have "perfect" English.

I don't know... when you updated it with SEUS, your phone CID is now 53, maybe FAR "just da flasher" (jdflasher) would help.

NO,because XS++ don't support your phone CID,but you can use this Flashing with jdflasher - Top Sony Forums

Well guys, I found something out. I wanted to turn on my camera by camera cover and i pressed the lens a bit hard and camera WORKED! I was so happy so i tried to do a picture. I click the center button, i saw "Saving..." and camera turned off. Well i tried it once again, camera turned on and it happened again. I checked on recording video and video was recording without any problem. But everytime when i want to turn camera i have to press the lens. I think it's hardware problem :(
